Samson never asked, until a minute or two before he died, “Please, God, strengthen me” ( Judges 16:28). If only he had loved God and God’s Word and relied on God’s power. Samson in the Bible may have been fabulously strong, but he was ridiculously unqualified to teach a kindergarten Sunday school class.
